THE PROBLEM: Tim LeVasseur, superintendent of the Kennebec Sanitary Treatment District in Waterville, Maine is holding up two cloth wipes that were removed from a pump station after clogging up sewer pipes. He said people are increasingly flushing such items down their toilets, creating costly backlogs.  The website gives more example of what is getting flushed and the associated problems they cause!  ITS TIOLET TRAINING FOR ADULTS!
