1. What is the New York Business Plan Competition?
2013 will be the fourth annual New York State Business Plan Competition (NYBPC). It is a statewide collegiate student business competition representing more than 25 colleges and universities. Since 2010 over 140 student teams have pitched their ventures. Through 2012, more than $310,000 in cash and prizes have been awarded to New York student entrepreneurs. In 2013 it is expected that there will be $225,000 available in prizes.
2. Who Is eligible to compete?
Current undergraduate and graduate students from accredited colleges located in New York State. Teams must have a faculty adviser.

5. Where and when is the competition?
The Mohawk Valley Regional Business Plan Competion will be held at SUNYIT on April 10, 2013. The winners of the regional competition will advance to the state level competition to be held April 26, 2013 at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering in Albany, NY.
