2014 NY State Business Plan Competition
Mohawk Valley Regional Competition at SUNYIT
Thanks to our generous corporate sponsors, winning teams that qualify to move on to the state competition in Albany on April 25, will be splitting $6,000 in prize money!
2014 will be the fifth annual New York State Business Plan Competition (NYBPC). It is a statewide collegiate student business competition representing more than 50 colleges and universities. Since 2010 over 570 student teams have pitched their ventures through this competition. Through 2013, more than $800,000 in cash and prizes have been awarded to New York student entrepreneurs. In 2014 it is expected that there will be $500,000 available in prizes.
We are excited to host the second annual Mohawk Valley Regional Qualifier at the State University of New York Institute of Technology (SUNYIT) on April 4, 2014 where educational institutions from Oneida, Herkimer, Fulton, Madison, Montgomery, Otsego and Schoharie counties will compete for the opportunity to advance to the New York State Competition.
