Parking and Traffic
Parking Registration
Registration is required of all students, faculty and staff using any lot. A parking
decal or temporary permit is required on all vehicles even if used for
one day. If you drive an unregistered vehicle onto the campus at any time,
please notify our office by using a call box or by calling University Police,
792-7105. The following link will also provide more information concerning
the campus policy on motor vehicle parking registration.
On-Line Registration
If you are an enrolled student, you can register your vehicle at the University
Police Office on the ground floor of Kunsela Hall by presenting your SUNY
Card and answering a few questions about the vehicle you are registering.
A decal will be issued and then you are on your way. In the near future,
on-line vehicle registration will be available but decals will still be
issued at the University Police Office.

Our campus features a total of 10 parking areas, five of which are available
for overnight parking of vehicles registered to owners that work overnight
or live on campus. The following map shows the location of these facilities
as well as building locations and campus roadways. For a printed copy of
this information, stop by the Department of University Police and request
our "Parking and Traffic Regulations" brochure.
Traffic Regulations
The Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of New York and the State University of
New York traffic ordinances are in effect on University property. The following
link will provide further information concerning ordinances that are specific
to our campus. For a printed copy of this information, stop by the Department
