The office of Sponsored Research represents SUNYIT for proposal submission and administration. Together with the Research Foundation, we provide contract and intellectual property oversight for SUNYIT relationships with funding sponsors. All SUNYIT proposals for funding are transmitted from our office.
We are available to assist with:
- access to the PIVOT database of funding
- proposal development
- editing
- budget development
- intellectual property agreements
- proposal review and campus approvals
- submission to sponsor
Once a grant is awarded, we administer the grant according to the specifications of the sponsor. Our door is always open, please feel free to stop in at your convenience.
