Small Business in Depth
Small Business in Depth is a 20-hour non-credit course available through the Mohawk Valley office of the
New York State Small Business development Center. The course
provides a mixture of entry and intermediate level business instruction and is suited for a wide range of participants from the
newcomer preparing to start a business, to the seasoned business owner desiring to sharpen their business skills.
The course curriculum includes:
- Checklist for Business
- Accounting & Information Building
- E-Commerce
- Marketing
- Government Contracting
- Taxes & Financing
- Building the Business Plan
The course is delivered in modular form and is typically offered as a daytime or evening program. All classes are held Monday-Friday on the SUNYIT campus. Instruction is provided by SBDC business Advisors. The registration fee includes all course materials. Check the current schedule and
