About me:
I am from Northern N.Y., about an hour North of Syracuse. I am originally a  transfer student. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and now I am back to school for a  Bachelor of Science. I love to travel and I have been to several different countries. A few of my favorite things are coffee, movies, books and pie. 

Where do you see yourself after SUNYIT?
Hopefully once I am done here I will find a good job, preferably in the states. Eventually, I hope to go to graduate school.

What has been your greatest accomplishment thus far in this position?
My greatest accomplishment in this position has been that I have been able to get to know all of my residents in my buildings.  I have even become good friends with some of them. Additionally, I have taken an even more active roll on campus.

What do you think is essential for being a Residence Life Staff member at SUNYIT?
I think it is necessary for a good RA to have the skills to work with well people from various backgrounds. Being able to relate to people you have never had to work with before helps a lot. Another bit of advice, procrastination is not at all helpful for a Resident Advisor.
