A Resident Advisor (RA) is a full time student who lives in one of the residence hall suites. These students are trained staff members who are interested in working with residents. An RA can assist in many ways: planning community programs, explaining college policies, and making referrals to other offices. RAs are here to assist in your adjustment to life on campus, feel free to contact him/her as a resource.

At the beginning of the semester and also throughout it, the RAs will hold building meetings. At these meetings, residents will be able to get to know their RA, review policies and procedures, address problems and concerns in their building, and discuss upcoming events. These building meetings are important and all residents are required to attend them.
