Office Assistant

An office assistant is a work study student that is hired to assist with office operations Monday through Friday. They perform office tasks, posting, and escorting facilities for repair requests. In addition, they are also responsible for welcoming each visitor or resident as they enter the office, distribute packages to students, open residential building/suite to students who have been locked out, check-out supplies/equipments to residential hall students and other duties necessary to assist the resident student population. Mail Clerk

A mail clerk is responsible for properly labeling mailboxes, sorting mail, updating mailing addresses for all students on campus, logging incoming packages, placing notices in student's mailbox to inform them of their package, making sure the mailroom is left clean and orderly, forwarding first-class mail as requested by the student, and other duties as assigned.
