What is an inventory sheet and how is it used?At the end of each semester/year Facilities inspects each suite and bedroom. They then bill the students for the damage that has occurred during the semester/year. To protect you from being billed for damage that is not yours, or was there before you arrived, we ask you to fill out the Inventory Sheet. An Inventory Sheet provides you with an opportunity to document any imperfections that may be in your suite upon your arrival. This way Residential Life and Facilities will not hold you responsible. Please Note: The Inventory Sheet does not excuse you for the damage that occurred during the time you occupied that room/suite. What you should see in your suite

General TipsIt is possible you will have no damage in your suite. However, if there is any, make a note of it on your Inventory Sheets. Remember:
