Room Inspections
Room Inspections
The Environmental Health and Safety officer, along with your RA, inspect each room each semester. These inspections are intended to help maintain a safe and healthy environment. Your RA will notify you in advance of room inspections. Signs will be posted on each suite door informing residents of the time and date of each inspection.
Residents do not need to be present for the inspection to take place. The residence life staff may enter a room even if residents are not present. If a resident's room fails inspection, the room is re-inspected again within a couple of days by an RA.
