Each resident is required to complete an inventory form. This inventory form is a checklist regarding the condition of your room and suite upon check-in. Room and suite inventory forms must be completed by every resident no later than the Friday ending the second week of classes. If you find any discrepancies with the room inventory, you must discuss it with your RA immediately. Residents who choose not to complete inventory forms by the date outlined above will not be permitted to appeal damage charges as it will be assumed that the suite/room was in perfect condition.
