The Publications Office is responsible for a variety of documents, brochures, posters, newsletters, annual reports, catalogs and others designed to inform the campus community and the entire SUNY Poly family. Publications staff work to present the best, most accurate image of SUNY Poly as an aid to student recruitment, development and other means of furthering the SUNY Poly mission.
To ensure the integrity of SUNY Poly’s name, brand and logo, students, faculty and staff are asked to consult with public affairs staff before designing, creating, publishing and contracting for the manufacture of permanent communication-related and promotional items such as web content, t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc. Consistency of brand identity will help everyone tell the SUNY Poly story more effectively.
