Provost
The provost is SUNYIT's chief academic officer, overseeing seven academic departments: business; communication & humanities, computer information sciences; engineering, science & mathematics; engineering technologies; nursing & health professions; and social & behavioral sciences. Each of the departments comprises a number of undergraduate and graduate programs and their faculty and is headed by a chair. The provost also oversees student affairs and information and learning resources (ILR).
