ANGEL Login Problem Help

Error or Problem Cause
Invalid username or password

The problem is one of the following

  • Mistyped your username or password.

  • CAPS LOCK is on. Try again with CAPS LOCK off.

  • SITNet password was changed in Banner and has not taken effect in ANGEL yet.  It takes effect at the top of the hour.  Try again using your old password or reset it.

  • Your SITNet password is too long. Try again using only the first six letters/numbers of the password or reset it.

  • You are using the the wrong username or password.

Reset password with the appropriate link for your account

Invalid user

You do not have an account in ANGEL. ANGEL is updated daily at 6:30 AM and 7 PM daily.

SITNET ID holders should lookup SITNet username
