Online Learning Help

Online learning is supported by the SUNY Learning Network (SLN) and this campus.

SLN HelpDesk

    The SLN HelpDesk supports its systems, (SLN Classic, CourseSpace, ANGEL), SLN accounts, website and resources on it. It has extended hours and is available by phone, email and the web.

Help at SUNYIT

    Help is available from IT Services and the Registrar's office on different aspects of online learning.

SITNet IDs

    IT Services provides all support for SITNet IDs. Changing your password corrects most login problems. SITNet Password reset can be used on "activated" SITNet IDs.
    Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4 PM EST help is available from
    ITS Online Ticket System       You can also request help anytime through Request Tracker, the online ticket system.

    • Login with your SITNet ID. Use guest for the username and password if there are problems with your SITNet ID.

    • Click "New ticket"

    • Select "Account Logins" category

    • Give the ticket a subject (e.g. SITNet ID problem, Classes.sunyit problem)

    • In the ticket description, include your full name, SITNet username, problem you are experiencing and contact information. Please DO NOT include passwords or Social Security Numbers.

    • Click "Create ticket" then logout.
