Now that you are retired, are you in a transitional life-style change? Do you miss the intellectual challenges that were a daily part of your working years? Do you miss the interpersonal relationships that made life interesting during your pre-retirement career?

The Mohawk Valley Institute for Learning in Retirement (MVILR) recognizes this retiree syndrome and invites retirees to join us in exercising our minds. How do we do this? We explore new topics, new challenges that are constantly arising, and share our collective knowledge and experiences. Our greatest resource is the exuberant wisdom of our membership.
