Now that you are retired, are you in a transitional life-style change? Do you miss the intellectual challenges that were a daily part of your working years? Do you miss the interpersonal relationships that made life interesting during your pre-retirement career? The Mohawk Valley Institute for Learning in Retirement (MVILR) recognizes this retiree syndrome and invites retirees to join us in exercising our minds. How do we do this?
