Placing Material On Reserve (Faculty) | Borrowing Reserve Material (Students)

E-Reserve Information for Students


  • To use E-Reserves, students will be prompted for their SUNYIT username.
  • Students will find E-Reserves on the library webpage: http://www.sunyit.edu/library
  • Click on E-Reserves.
  • Access by course number or professor's name.
  • Click on highlighted course.
  • Read Copyright Statement.
  • Type in the password for the class that was supplied by the professor.
  • Click accept.
  • Choose the title of the article or chapter you wish to read.
  • Click on the icon before the title.
  • The pdf of the item will open.
