E-mail reference service is available for basic questions having
brief answers such as addresses,
phone numbers, statistics, referrals, or quick facts. This service is
only available for current students, faculty, and staff.
We will respond via e-mail usually within 24 hours during weekdays.
If you have a more in-depth research question, please go to the
reference desk in person.
If you wish to know if the Cayan Library owns a particular book or
periodical, use the on-line Library
Catalog.
To use the Cayan Library e-mail reference service, you need to have a
SUNYIT email account. Go to the ITS Accounts page to activate. If you
already have a computer account, you will need to
know your username and password to access the e-mail reference service.
