Check Ticket Status
Each request is assigned a ticket number that is e-mailed to the requester's e-mail address. Tickets that have not been resolved appear in the RT home page at when the person logs in to RT. The progress or status of these tickets can be checked by clicking on the ticket number. Note that the guest account can not view open or closed tickets.
The status of resolved or closed tickets can be checked by entering the ticket number in the field next to the Go to ticket button and clicking the button.
