Students connect to the SUNYIT network through the Network Access Control (NAC) agent.
The SUNYIT Student Wireless Network is encrypted for your protection, access requires use of a Network Key. The Network key is Wireless@SUNYIT (It is case sensitive)
If you need assistance accessing the network, you can contact the Help Desk at x7440 or by submitting a Help Desk ticket.
Gaming Consoles and other Wireless Devices
Use of gaming consoles and other internet enabled devices such as Wii, xbox, ipods, etc. is permitted. In order to use these devices you must register the Mac address of the device by submitting a Help Desk ticket.
***The device database is cleared every summer, returning students will need to register their devices at the start of the fall semester.***
