Faculty and Staff Network Connections
Wired connections
Wired network access is available in all office and work areas. All computers connecting to these ports must be registered with ITS. The IT Help Desk sets up and supports these connections.
Wireless connections
Wireless network access is available within all buildings on campus. The SUNYIT wireless network is encrypted for your protection. Access to the network requires the use of a network key. Faculty and Staff using the wireless network are required to do so through the Network Access Control (NAC) agent. Contact the IT Help Desk to get set up.
Network users must comply with all College, local, state, and federal laws and regulations. By connecting to campus network, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy.
