Secure and Non-Secure Information message
Many of the web systems that require a login for authentication, including the SUNYIT systems, will produce a security message. Browsers that are configured to prompt when a web page containing mixed information will produce a message about secure and non-secure information and ask if you want to continue. Click on Yes to continue.This prompt can be removed by disabling it in the browser settings. The steps below describe how to do this in Internet Explorer
- From the menu, select Tools then Internet Options
- Click on the Security tab
- Click on Custom Level..
- Scroll down to find the settings for Display mixed content
- Change the setting to Enable
- Click OK
- Close the window
