Basic Trouble Shooting
Problems with access to devices (e.g. printers, drives, file server) are often corrected by restarting the computer. Do this by selecting Start/Shut Down/Restart. If your keyboard is unresponsive, press the Reset button. Some computers require that the Reset button is held down for a few seconds.
