Popular features in Sympa are granting list owner privileges, and using a shared web space for the list. The person who created the list has the ability to grant owner privileges to others.
Those with owner privileges can update subscribers, create shared web space, create shared folders, and assign read and/or write permissions to the shared folder by subscriber.
Creating a shared web space allows the list members to share materials, keep them organized and archived along with discussions, and keep them out of individual email folders.
