Backups of Your Personal Workspace
Your backup folder of your personal directory is located within the directory as a folder named sunyitbackup. The sunyitbackup folder the contents of your personal workspace specific times during a three week period.
Your sunyitbackup folder does not take up space in the personal workspace allocation and cannot be moved, or deleted from the personal workspace.
Each backup is created in a folder that and assigned a name that corresponds to the time is was created. Each backup folder contains all of the files and folders that were in your personal workspace at a specific point in time.
The files can be copied from the sunyitbackup folder to other locations to restore the file to your personal directory, local hard drive, CD or other removable media.
The table below give the times of day the backups are created and its correspondling name in the sunyitbackup folder. They are organized into hourly, nightly and weekly folders.
The most recent backups are created every 4 hours over a two day period and are put in one of the hourly folders. The times and corresponding folder names are shown below.

The current week's backups are created at midnight Monday through Saturday and are put in the nightly folders. The night and corresponding folder names are shown below.

Backups of the previous week and the week prior to that are created at midnight on Saturdays and the put in the weekly folders.
