Do you have important files?
BACK THEM UP! Put copies of important files in multiple places. This does not mean on your Desktop and in My Documents.
If you are a student, put a copy on the SunyIT File system. If you work for the school, put a copy on the SMB server.
Put an extra copy on a flash drive or external hard drive, E-mail a copy to yourself; whatever you do, make copies. |
