Telephone System
Dial 5 Calling Plan
Purpose:
The Dial 5 Calling Plan allows SUNYIT personnel to use campus office phones for completing personal calls via use of an Auth Code (i.e. authorization code).
Enrollment:
Contact the ITS Telecom Office at extension 7155 or e-mail
rosedm@sunyit.edu, and request an Auth Code for use with the Dial 5 Calling Plan. You will receive a phone call or e-mail informing you of your Auth Code.
Dialing Instructions:
To make a call on the Dial 5 Calling Plan, dial 5 and then the phone number. At the tone, enter your Auth Code. Your call will then be completed.
Billing Notice:
Billing notices are sent out each month by campus community e-mail.
Billing Access:
Personal bills are available by logging in to the Telephone System to obtain your personal charges. Payment should be sent to the Business Office by the end of the month.
