Submitting a Ticket with the Guest Account
RT tickets may be submitted using the Guest Account if the SITNet ID is unavailable. Tickets submitted using the Guest account are not viewable.- Log in with guest as the username and password
- Click "New ticket" and select the category of your ticket.
- Enter an alternate email address in the "Requestor" field to receive email regarding the status of your ticket.
- Give the ticket a Subject (e.g. SITNet ID problem, Send mail problem)
- Describe your problem/request and include your full name, university number, and contact information such as an alternate email address or phone number. Note that your university number is printed under your picture on your SUNYCard.
