Banner
Banner is SUNYIT's central information system for all student, alumni, faculty and staff data. Students register for courses, obtain class schedules, check grades, and access other services like health waivers and financial aid through Banner. Faculty provide advisement, obtain class rosters, and submit grades through Banner. Everyone uses Banner to update their SITNet ID security question & answer, and personal contact information (i.e. phone number, address, alternate email address, emergency contact, etc.).
