Login Information

  • Lotus Web Access requires the SITNet username and password. The password is the one you use to log in to Banner Web, the library services, Request Tracker and so forth.
  
  
  
  • Lotus Notes stores the username and password on the computer. The password is whatever the SITNet password was when the account was created on the Lotus Domino server. It is not updated when the SITNet password is changed and may get out of sync with the Lotus Web Access password.
    
    Banner expires its password every 90 days and requires that it be changed when you log in to it with an expired password. This action updates the SITNet password, but not the password stored in Lotus Notes. Instructions to change the Notes password
The SITNet ID is used to log in to the Lotus Domino server.
