Mailman
The SUNYIT Mailman is the new method for sending community mailers and posting to multiple SUNYIT blogs. To begin, go to http://mailman.sunyit.edu and login with your SITNet ID and password (add this page to your favorites!).
Community Mailer Schedule: Student, Faculty, and Staff Email Lists
Announcements sent to the student, faculty, or staff email lists will be sent immediately.

The following people can send Community Mailers immediately:
Community Mailer Schedule: Student, Faculty, and Staff Blogs
All announcements sent to the student, faculty, or staff blogs will be posted to the SUNYIT Blogs immediately. They will not be sent to any email lists immediately.
A digest of the student, faculty, and staff blogs are sent to the student email lists, faculty email list, and staff email list respectively at approximately 6:00am on Mondays and Thursdays.
If you would like an announcement to appear in the Monday Community Mailer, you must post the announcement prior to 6:00am on Monday. For announcements to appear in the Thursday Community Mailer, you must post the announcement prior to 6:00am on Thursday. This means that if you post an announcement at 9:00am on Monday, it will appear in the Thursday Community Mailer and the next Monday Community Mailer
