  2. Select Blog/Announcement and enter Title and Cotnent
  3. Highlight the text in the content to be used as a link
  4. Click the Link Button
  5. Click the 'File Browser' button in the popup window
  6. Click the 'Upload' button in the file browser window
  7. Click the Choose files to upload button and navigate to the files on your PC
  8. Click the Upload to server button
  9. Select the file in the file broswer
  10. Click Insert
  11. Click Insert
