SUNYIT competes in NCAA Division III Athletics and also participates in the SUNYAC Conference. Varsity Sports include:

  • Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Cross Country, Soccer, Swimming, & Volleyball
  • Mens's Baseball and Golf
  • Women's Softball and Bowling.

Intramurals include tennis, whiffleball, water polo, skiing, volleyball, flag football, basketball, golf, racquetball and softball.

We also have an indoor pool, newly renovated fitness center, tennis courts and other recreational facilities on campus to help keep you in shape.
