To be eligible for the Sedary & Associates scholarship, a student must: be between the ages of 16-22 on the day your application is due; be enrolled in a college, university, trades or technical school by no later than the Fall of 2013; and submit an essay answering the following question. Essay question: there are many things a student must consider when choosing a college or university to attend. In under 1,500 words, identify the 5 most important things that you believe every student should consider when making his/her choice. Please ensure to explain WHY you believe each is important.

The annual scholarship is for a deserving student athlete. The successful applicant will be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute and currently involved in some sport at that institution or in the community.

To be eligible for the LPE scholarship you must be either: a current senior in high school or a freshman or sophomore in college/university; be a legal resident of the United States or Canada; be enrolled or expected to be enrolled by the Fall of 2013; and submit a completed online application form prior to the deadline.

The Thermo Scientific Pierce Scholarship Program awards scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students with a declared major of biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life-science field. To qualify for the scholarship, students must have a GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and be enrolled in an accredited college for university. In addition to these qualifications, students must also be legal United States residents, meaning that students possessing appropriate Visa status in order to study in the United States are also eligible.
For accounting and accountancy students, the AICPA offers multiple scholarship programs ranging in value from $1,000 to $5,000 and given to 100 full-time accounting students.
FIRST Scholarship - Up to $5,000

FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) and SUNYIT have established a scholarship to help deserving students who have been part of a high school FIRST team and would like to attend SUNYIT. SUNYIT will award up to 10 merit scholarships each fall to high school seniors and junior college transfers who have been a member of a FIRST Robotics (FRC) or FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team at their high schools. Recipients of this scholarship will receive up to $5,000 per year for four years upon enrollment at SUNYIT.
