Confirm ChargesAll students must confirm their charges each semester. If you have a balance due and choose to pay online using the one-time full payment option or the by enrolling in the FACTs time payment plan, your charges will be automatically accepted when your finish the web payment process. If you have a balance due and choose to mail a check or credit card information you must follow the instructions on the lower portion of your billing statement. This must be postmarked before the billing due date of the semester. If you have a zero/negative balance you can use your Banner Web account to confirm your charges. Once in Banner Web, click on “Enter Secure Area” and then enter “Username” and “Password” (see below for more information).* OR *A message will appear ONLY if a zero or negative balance appears on your account AND you have accepted the code of conduct. You will be asked to confirm/accept your registration and associated charges and authorize use of Title IV financial aid funds to be applied to non-institutional charges. You must select either “Accept” or “Decline” If this message does not appear, you have a balance due on your account and must submit payment in order to confirm your charges.
