What are the Bursar's office hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
When is my bill due?
The payment due date for Spring 2013 term has been extended to January 4, 2013. Course registrations and/or housing assignments are not guaranteed if payment or valid deferral is not received by the payment due date.
Why do I have a credit balance on my bill?
A credit balance is the result of your aid/payments exceeding your tuition/fee charges. You do not need to submit payment. If you have a zero/negative balance you can confirm your charges online.
When do classes start?
Classes for the Fall 2012 term begin on Monday, August 27, 2012.
Classes for the Spring 2013 term begin on Tuesday, January 22, 2013.
When can I get my books?
The bookstore is open from 9am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. During the first week of the semester to accommodate students, there will be additional evening and weekend hours.
When will the dorms be open?
Residential Halls will be open at 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 25 for returning students. Freshmen will follow the schedule provided in their orientation package.
When is the last day to submit my Medical Insurance Waiver?
Waivers must be submitted on the Web prior to attendance. You must submit a waiver each semester. International Health Insurance cannot be waived.

When can I get my parking decal?
You must go to the University Police Office to pick up your decal and affix it to your vehicle. This must be done each semester. Parking fees are automatically assessed to your account each semester. If you do not need parking, please complete a Parking Waiver Request form (pdf). Waivers cannot be accepted after the first week of classes.
