Bursar

The Bursar’s Office is responsible for billing and collection of student tuition, fees, and room and board. The office is also responsible for the distribution of student financial aid refund checks and tuition refunds. The Bursar’s Office staff can answer questions regarding student account charges, payments, holds on your account, and refunds.

SUNYIT is pleased to announce it has teamed with the FACTS Management Company to enable students to budget their educational expenses. FACTS Payment Plan is available for payment of tuition and fees.

Introduction of e-Billing using the QuikPay system

In an effort to be “green”, the student accounts office is transitioning to electronic billing (e-Billing). After the Spring 2010 semester, students will no longer receive paper billing statements. The scheduled release of e-Billing is December 17, 2009. Please check back for updates on the process and instructions on using the new system.
