"More Offenders Being Held Accountable"

This article talks about reports of sexual assault among U.S. military forces over the past year. There were 3553 sexual assault complaints repeorted in the first three quarters of the fiscal year, from October 2012 - June near;y 50% increase over the same period of year earlier.
According to the New York Times, based on a survey from 2011, 26000 men and women in the military were sexually assaulted. In 2010 there were 19000 cases reported.
