Apply Now for 13-14 Financial Aid
It is a good idea to apply early as soon as possible after January 1 as some funds are depleted the closer it gets to the start of the Fall 2013 semester and if selected for verification, the financial aid process may be delayed.
Don’t have your federal tax return completed yet? No problem! Submit your FAFSA using estimated income figures. Once your 2012 federal tax return(s) are on file with the IRS, you’ll be able to log back into your FAFSA and update your figures to match those reported to the IRS via the Data Retrieval Tool.
New! The Data Retrieval Tool is an easier way to provide tax information! With just a few simple steps, students and parents who have filed their federal tax return with the IRS will be able to view and transfer their tax information from the IRS into their FAFSA.
Don’t forget to apply for NYS Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) via the FAFSA website Confirmation Page link “start your state application” or www.tapweb.org/totw.
