Local Food Day: April 22, 2013

The Campus Center will feature the following menu:

Locally Produced Greens for the Salad Bar

Orange Peel Beef Stir Fry w/Rice,   Featuring Local Beef

Bourbon Pork Chops,   Featuring Local Pork

Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes   

Local Vegetables

Baked Ziti,  Utilizing locally produced tomato sauce

Apple Crisp,  Featuring NY State Apples

 

The Student Center will feature the following items:

Sizzling Asian Beef Salad,  Featuring locally produced greens and beef

Beef Vegetable Soup,  Utilizing Local Beef and Vegetables
