Privacy & Text Messages
This was a short article but an interesting one. It discussed how technology is moving forward and how the law should move forward and increase their ability to use technology in prosecuting criminals. I thought this was interesting because it touches on a very current issue. Is it ethical to look into someones phone data or text messages? This is a tough question. I feel like it is unethical in situations such as taking your friends phone or a colleages phone and surfing through it. But if it is for use in a criminal case, I wouldn't have a problem with it at all.
