What to do?

The Duell's, of 94 Abenaki Road have lived in their home for the last 30 years now face the unsure certainty of where they will be for the holidays.  Mr. and Mrs. Duell have recieved a notice of eviction because of the what they and a 'doctor' say is necessary, a chihuahua.  According to the Duell's and their doctor their dog is necessary for Mrs. Duell to hear.  However, the landlord does not accept this as an excuse to have a dog in her trailer park.  Although the lease which the Duell's signed states there are no dogs allowed there is a signed medical document that says it is necessary.  What should they do?  Get rid of their dog to stay in their home or keep it and live in their car?
