Lying Is Bad For Your Health, Says New Survey

This November 26, 2012 article discusses the ways in which lying may affect your health. The article goes on to state how lying is proven to raise one’s heart and respiratory rate, and increase overall tension. Researchers on this topic stated; after instructing a group of people not to lie for 10 weeks it was found at the end that the individuals who did not lie tended to be in better health. So, this being said, not only is lying morally and ethically incorrect, but it can also be linked to poor health.
