To rebuld or level after a natural disaster?
After the most recent natural disaster to hit the north east many people from all over the U.S. have been debating over rebuilding areas that are high risks for being destroyed again. This is from living so close to the water which comes up on to land and floods the water front unfortunately are filled with business and houses. With the government-subsidized flood insurance plan this covers people affected by these disasters. However, at the same time we are fighting a financial cliff where money is scarce already. Where do you stand on what to do with areas that are rebuild every year?
