Students who are in a degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer & Information Science, and Network & Computer Security who are in their sophomore year or above are eligible to apply. The Consulting & Professional Services Department engages itself directly with customers in order to best assess organizational needs. Members of Consulting & Professional Services are responsible for finding relevant solutions and providing advice based on industry experience.

As the IT Operations Intern, the intern will work closely with the site manager or assigned mentor to work on drafting project plans, policy drafting, dashboards and metric reporting.

The intern may also be involved in:

• Supporting End User Services
• Supporting Network Engineering
