SUNY Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher’s office today (August 2) announced the names of 48 faculty from across the SUNY System who are receiving 2012 Innovative Instruction Technology Grants (IITG). Three members of the SUNYIT faculty are among the recipients of grants from this competitive program, which funds campus innovations and initiatives with the potential to be replicated throughout the SUNY system:

Christopher Urban, lecturer in computer science, for Development of an Interactive Case Study Capability

Ron Sarner, distinguished service professor in computer science, Student Mediated Video Lecture Capture

Steven Schneider, professor of communications and humanities, DCrit: Digital Critiquing Platform.
