Sgt. Gary Stein, from Camp Pendleton is being considered for a dishonorable discharge after making negative remarks about President Obama on his facebook.  Stein's lawyer tried to have the comments seen as a first amendment issue since they were made during Stein's free time however the administrative board feels otherwise.  Gary Solis, a military law teacher at Georgetown University, says that "Stein is lucky he isn't getting a court marshal.  He knew the rules and he broke them."
