80 percent of U.S. businesses are overcharged on their phone bills while telecom companies reap profits from "accidental" billing errors

As this article explains further i, along with almost everyone else, never knew badly the telecom companies have be stealing our money.  Because talking on the telephone is such an essential element of our daily lives, and most everyone blindly trust these telecom companies to charge and bill them fairest price, the companies take full advantage.  The telecom companies began practicing some very bad ethics by adding "accidental" charges to businesses phone bills, knowing almost nobady would notice them, and further profit from these unsuspecting businesses.
